1. Working group 1 (Nashville)
Will have as its primary role conceptualizing and proposing the development project. It agrees on the project vision and brings investors and other stakeholders to the table to help to realize the envisioned outcome.
Nashville working group will be focused on driving investment, offering, and vetting projects, and hosting stakeholder meetings and events.
The Nashville working group ties the Atlanta and Nassau working group to the vision.
2. Working Group 2 (Atlanta)
Will focus on the working partnership between the team and the government as well as the relationship between the government and the individual investors and their projects.
It will serve as the official connection between our efforts and relevant governments, local and others.
3. Working group 3 (Nassau)
The Nassau working group will be focused on ensuring that operationally and politically the work of LBCDC is supported, appropriate, and operationally sound.
The primary assignment here will be to actively assist ongoing development work and manage relationships with the community the government and the project development companies working on-site and in the broader Bahamian marketplace.
